I am 28 years healthy male, and used to get rock hard erections and have done multiple sessions in a night, and masturbate regularly. This all changed last year, when my erections started to progressively worsen and in about 6 months time, it came to a situation where I am not able to get an erection. Sometimes it gets semi-erect but soon lose it in 10 seconds. This has affected my sex life terribly. Also during the period, the ejaculate/cum quantity also reduced considerably and now it is just 4-5 drops. l thought it will improve but my situation did not improve even now. l hear people say erectile dysfunction is common in older men, and cite psychological causes for younger men. l do not have any psychological issues and have no diseases. If it was erectile dysfunction, would it also reduce the amount of ejaculate? Has anyone suffered like me? l wanna get my erection back. Does anyone have a solution?

Progressively worsening erection, erectile dysfunction

Dude, I've been there, but thankfully I am no longer where u are. Quite simply I made some simple adjustments in my lifestyle that has incredibly improved my sex life.

I was about ur age when I started to lose erection strength, but unlike you, I just suffered in silence. I am glad you're at least looking for a way to make things right.

If you're involved with a woman, u will want to be up front about what is happening in ur pants. Learn from my mistakes. I chose to keep everything to myself because of male pride. That pride almost cost me my beautiful relationship.

I read an article that explained how ED can ruin relationships, better yet, the article offers ways to overcome ED.naturally!

This article is worth checking out. Let me know what u think.

You should probably see a doctor for this. You are a bit young for this crap to happen. You may have a circulatory problem. You could also have an underlying psychological issue that you are just not readily aware of. See your doctor.
